Need to no the color cc cream I ordered in the past
- Couldn't recall the color; the tube has no label.
- Customer was ill with flu and faced slow, unclear service.
I wanted to re-order my CC full coverage SPF cream, but could not remember the color I ordered. I dont have my paperwork or invoice.
The tube has no color labeled on it anywhere. So this woman took 10 minutes to get my name to get my email address and my home address. Put me on hold for over 10 minutes and then came back and asked me what was my problem again. Im sick with the flu today and this was the last thing I wanted to deal with.
I could barely understand anything she was saying you guys really need to get people that are quick efficient and speak a clear language.
Im sure Im in the database somewhere with my order. Its not the first time Ive ordered from you guys and why dont you put your color name on the tube?

Got an email saying all skin care products were 30% off. Made a purchase and quickly realized I didn't get the discount.
Contacted them immediately and was told the discount only works if logged into my account. I asked if I could cancel or modify my order and was told orders cannot be changed or canceled, even though I placed the order 10 mins before.
Asked to speak to a supervisor about other options including a partial refund of 30% of my order and was promised a response but received none. Won't be ordering again.

Delivery system of CC cosmetics

I called and told the representative that I had a large tube of light cc make up that would not come out of the tube after I hit it in order for me to get to it. I have to take the top off and squeeze it from the bottom because the top doesnt work, told her about also told her About eyebrow pencil that the lead keep kept shooting out when I would take off the top and this time it shot out and went down the drain.
Ive had multiple funerals to go to in the past two weeks and dont have time to deal with finding the order number And sending it out I called. I thought that would be enough obviously not Helene Schwartz 215-432-**** 19731 Boca Greens Drive Boca Raton, FL 33498.

Bogo not really
- The BOGO was applied to the cheaper item, not item-for-item.
- Should be 94 total; I ended up ordering a QVC 2 for 35 deal.
Cleanser is 35.00x2 is 70.00 bogo would be 35.00. Confidence in a Cream is 59.00x2 is 118.00 bogo would be 59.00.
Total should be 94.00. When placing the order it would only allow me to have the cleansers free (cheaper item). So my total order was 118.00 not 94.00. I called customer service I was told that they consider the cheaper items to be the bogo.
That does not make sense to me. It should be item for item as bogo. I should get 2 cleanser for 35 and 2 Confidence in a Cream for 59.00. Customer service said they understood my complaint but this is the way IT has the promo.
I ended up not ordering on the IT site and instead ordered a special that QVC had for the cleanser 2 for 35.00 with free shipping. I will have to wait to buy Confidence in a Cream.

They did not restore my loyalty points.
I spent 35 minutes on the phone trying to get the almost $9 I was over-charged for my most recent order (and this was my 2nd phone call). I finally got my refund, but I just saw that my loyalty point balance was reduced by over 1000 points.
I am done. If you are looking for a source of annoyance, order from itcosmetics.com.

The new formula for iT Cosmetic's "Confidence in a Cream" stinks; Literally! I reached the bottom of my original formula jar and decided to gift myself a second container for Christmas not knowing the formula had changed.
I was thrilled to continue with this brand, given the positive results the original formula had on my skin. However, upon opening the new jar, I was unpleasantly surprised by the awful scent, reminiscent of chemicals rather than the familiar original fragrance. Initially, I hoped I would get used to the new scent, so I opted to keep it. Unfortunately, my experience worsened this morning.
After washing my face, I applied the cream from the new jar, only to feel a stinging itching sensation! Not to mention, the consistency and texture were noticeably different from the original cream. The new formula lacks the thickness and creaminess, leaving a shiny and greasy residue. Even so, after a few minutes, my face felt excessively dry, as if I needed to reapply moisturizer.
This is unacceptable! I am unwilling to invest this kind of money in a product that not only has an unpleasant odor but also proves greasy, non-moisturizing, and irritating to my skin. Unfortunately, my 'confidence' in this cream is no more!
The company should reconsider their formulation, either by reintroducing the original or offering both options to consumers. Until then, I'll be exploring alternative products that better meet my skincare needs.
Preferred solution: A response from iT Cosmetics about whether they foresee reintroducing the original formula for their Confidence in a Cream product.
User's recommendation: Go to iT Cosmetic's website and filter the reviews for this specific product (Confidence in a Cream), and you'll see 95% of the negative reviews are all for the SAME REASON regarding the product formula changing. Considering that they won't post my negative review to their product page, I'm inclined to think there are MANY MORE negative reviews for the product that aren't represented on their website. They don't have very much "confidence" in their product if they're censoring negative reviews.

This is my second consecutive purchase from It Cosmetics that contained the wrong items. In fact, this time the packing slip also lists the incorrect items.
Thankfully, I still have my original order email confirmation that shows what I actually ordered. (The order number is the only thing that didn't change. It's almost like they just swapped out my items for something else).
The first time this happened, I followed the procedures to return the incorrect products and sent them back with an explanation. Nothing happened.
I emailed them and they responded as if I never even initiated the return. They told me to keep the incorrect items (I had already returned them) and they would ship the correct products.
They DID end up sending me the correct products. I chalked it up to a one-time isolated incident, since I had never had an issue with ordering from them before.
Preferred solution: The correct products that I oredered.

They sent product to wrong address and charged me anyway. It was on autoship and they still couldn't get it to me to the right address on file.
I have been telling them to cancel autoship of the product but they keep sending it. Now my emails get rejected.
