I placed my order on the 12th (paid extra for next day shipping). 4 days later I still do not have my products.
I called customer service and Ms “Unapologetic” Amelia immediately offered to return my money, but never apologized for the incident. If money was an issue I wouldn’t have paid over $200 for this order and the extra money for next day shipping.
After I called her out on the bad customer service she then proceeded to apologize. I needed these products for a wedding and now I’m left empty handed last minute.If you’re looking to get quality service from a reliable company go else where!!
