I signed up for automatic shipments for IT Cosmetics from QVC.I did not see the small print about refunds only being allowed up to 60 days, I returned one shipment and three items from a prior order that was unopened.

Now they will not refund nor give me credit for the items returned and they will not return the items to me I am out almost $70!!! I never returned anything else from all the prior shipments. This does not seem fair!!

do you know that Chris, employee #5555722 does not have a supervisor that can speak with me....he is one arrogant top dog!!!Never ever again will I buy anything from QVC!!

Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.

Monetary Loss: $70.

Preferred solution: Credit to purchase other product .

I liked: Product is fine.

I didn't like: Automatic shipments, Return policy.
