I cancelled my membership with IT Cosmetics several years ago. My account was paid in full and my VISA card was removed from my profile.

A year or so later, I received an invoice for a new order that I didn't place, didn't authorize, and didn't receive.

Now I just received a notice stating they were unable to charge a new order on my VISA card. I have tried calling but was unable to speak to anyone that is helpful (and the call wait time is 5 minutes).

It sounds as if you have employees working on commission that may be going through old profiles and placing fraudulent orders in order to earn commissions.

Please take care of this ASAP!
